We’re using AI agents to turn housing market data into clear, timely summaries. Instead of manually reviewing figures across counties, our team can get a concise overview of market trends and spend more time helping clients understand what those trends mean for them.
Agentforce is helping us transform business processes by enabling intelligent automation and more personalized customer experiences. One key impact is the ability to use AI agents with Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM data to provide faster responses, automate repetitive service tasks, and support employees with relevant recommendations and next-best actions. This is improving both operational efficiency and customer experience.
Something worth flagging for anyone in the association space.
Since the ClaudeForce announcement in August, the prebuilt skills have all been sales-oriented.
We've built the association equivalent on top of an MCP server: staff work from Claude, and reports, multi-step workflows and record updates land back in Salesforce under each person's own permissions.
As far as we can tell it's the first AMS to run this way. If we're wrong, I'd like to know. Say so below.

AI agents are very helpful during onboarding as a new employee, answering all types of questions from HR related, to work specific, to extra curricular activities. This saves a great deal of time being able to get a solution as well as supporting articles.
1 oct, 1:15 AI Agents are as good as your Data, and most importantly, how they are configuration. If proper guardrails are not inplace it may leak sensitive data too.
Agents are helping us transform customer service operations by automating repetitive activities, improving case handling, and enabling faster and more consistent customer support.
In our telecom environment, agents can assist service teams by understanding customer issues, analyzing case and customer information, recommending appropriate resolutions, and supporting agents throughout the case lifecycle. This reduces the amount of manual effort required from service representatives and allows them to focus on more complex customer issues.
AI agents are transforming the way we work, plan, and collaborate at the enterprise level. As more agents are deployed, we need to consider how we can harness agentic AI to build a more cohesive enterprise.
28 sept, 7:12 - No doubt - the key is data quality and quantity for the agents to perform. I also feel agents need time to set context and also the model definition.
But whats even better is Salesforce introducing the 7 named Agentforce agents (Casey, Piper, Hunter, Paige, and team), the narrative shifts from "what prompt can I run today?" to hiring job-ready digital coworkers. Its interesting to see how a pre-set named agents with grouded data, logic and security profile in Salesforce will work together.

AI agents are helping our team troubleshoot Salesforce issues faster by analyzing information, suggesting root causes, and reducing the time spent on manual investigation. This allows us to provide quicker support and improve the user experience. (Become an Agentblazer Trail)
Hi Trailblazers,
Need help to achieve a requirement where I need to put some custom conversational button on embedded messaging chat for service type of agent. So when I click predefine text button on chat window, it should send as a message so that user should not need to type.
It's a similar like what we have on 'Ask Agentforce' on trailhead. see image below.
20 sept, 18:53 Hi Sachin, thanks for the detail here — and thanks Sachin Tomar for flagging the Salesforce Sites limitation on CLTs, that's an important catch.
Worth checking, but with one caveat: it depends on which channel you're actually using.
- If you're on Enhanced Web Chat v2, Custom Lightning Types are officially supported there — per Salesforce's own docs, CLTs are built for "Agentforce Service agent via Enhanced Chat v2 and Agentforce Employee agent in Lightning Experience" (Custom Lightning Types | Agentforce Developer Guide). So custom conversational buttons on the welcome screen should be achievable that way.
- If you're on traditional Embedded Messaging embedded directly on a customer-facing website (outside the Salesforce domain), the limitation Sachin Tomar mentioned likely applies — CLTs are designed to render in Salesforce Sites/Lightning contexts and won't render on an external customer website. In that case, a custom conversation screen (React + A2A APIs, like Sachin Tomar built) is probably the more reliable path.
Could you confirm which channel you're using (Enhanced Web Chat v2 vs. traditional Embedded Messaging) and whether the chat widget lives on a Salesforce Site or an external customer website? That'll determine whether CLT is a fit or whether you'll need the custom screen approach instead.
I'm new to salesforce and the employee agent has made it so easy to learn all about my benefits!
