#Agentforce326 debatiendo

Agentforce is an umbrella term of the set of tools to create and customize agents as well as the collection of agents Salesforce provides across the Customer 360. Agents can either be autonomous or assistive.

Anyone else follow the instructions for getting started with Builder Central but don't have it showing up in setup?

    Hi Josiah,

I completed the setup steps immediately after attending Dreamforce.

My builder central permission set never appeared, nor did anything else in setup related to it.

After an escalated ticket with support, they informed me it was simply due to their rollout schedule and that my org was scheduled for Oct 2nd at midnight. This must be the same problem you're facing.

Setup:

We have an Agentforce superagent with two connected subagents wired via connected_subagent blocks in the .agent file. Deployed on Service Cloud Voice (PSTN telephony channel).

Problem:

On every turn where the master agent routes to a connected subagent, the caller hears

"Collaborating with other agents" spoken aloud before the subagent's actual response. This happens on every single turn - not just the first handoff - making the experience very disruptive on a live voice call.

What we tried:

  • Setting loading_text to a custom string → that custom string gets spoken instead (confirms loading_text is read aloud on voice)
  • Setting loading_text: "" (empty string) → platform still speaks "Collaborating with other agents" (empty string does not suppress the default)
  • Omitting loading_text entirely → same default audio plays
  • Adding outbound_filler_sentences to the modality voice block → no observed change to the connected subagent audio

Current workaround:

Set loading_text: "One moment." - replaces "Collaborating with other agents" with a shorter phrase, but doesn't eliminate the audio entirely.

What we want:

Either silence the audio completely between turns, or understand if there is a supported way to suppress the platform's default connected subagent filler on a voice channel.

Questions for the community:

  1. Is there a way to fully silence loading_text on a voice channel (e.g., a single space, a special value)?
  2. Does outbound_filler_sentences in modality voice affect connected subagent transitions, or only action calls?
  3. Is this a known limitation of the superagent/connected subagent pattern on voice, and is there a workaround?

    Hi @Sumit Sangwan

Hi Sumit, I think what you’re seeing is expected behavior with the current Voice + connected subagent setup.

From your testing, it looks like loading_text is always being spoken on the voice channel. When you leave it empty, Agentforce falls back to the default message “Collaborating with other agents”

    instead of staying silent.

outbound_filler_sentences is mainly used while actions are running, so it may not control the connected subagent handoff message.

At the moment, I’m not aware of a supported value like blank space, null, or another setting that completely removes this audio.

    So your current workaround:

    loading_text: "One moment."

is probably the safest option for now.

I would also raise this with Salesforce Support or post it as an Idea, because on a live PSTN call, hearing the same handoff message on every subagent turn can definitely affect the user experience.

    Thank you,

    Venkat Yadav.

One of my users has the Agentforce for Sales permission set and when using reports, it says that Einstein is crunching the numbers and then the user gets this error? Why?

    Hi @Scott Holmes

This looks like an Agentforce Report Analyst issue, not necessarily an issue with the report itself.

    I would try these checks:

    1. Make sure the user has the required Agentforce for Sales permissions.
    2. Check whether the Data Cloud User permission set is assigned.
    3. Test the same report as a System Administrator.
      • If it works for Admin but not for the user, it is most likely a permission/access issue.
    4. Check access to the report folder, report type, objects and fields used in the report.
    5. Try with a very simple Accounts or Opportunities report.
      • If simple reports work, the issue may be related to that specific report configuration.
    6. Also try once in an incognito window or another browser, because the error shown looks like a UI/JavaScript error.

If everything is configured correctly and the same error continues, I would suggest raising a Salesforce Support casewith the screenshot and reproduction steps.

    Thank you,

    Venkat Yadav.

I am trying to complete the Create a Models API Lightning Web Component. I have verified and completed all the steps in the module and when I check the challenge, I receive the following error message:

Challenge not yet complete in Agentforce Models API

Our trailbots are having a problem accessing your hands-on org. Please try again and if this issue persists refer to this article to fix the problem.

Troubleshooting steps followed so far:

I verified al the steps in the module and no error received.

I refreshed the connection between VS Code and my org and launched my playground again.

Could anyone help me with this? I only have this module and another one pending to complete the trailmis and reach my Agentfoprce Legend 26 status.

I'm enrolled in the Partner Learning Camp course "Agentforce Implementation Ready: Agent Development Cycle" (self-enrolled). The "Agentforce Implementation Ready: Agent Development Cycle" media module and the "Congratulations!" task both show Completed. However, the "Welcome!" task list is still In Progress, even though I acknowledged the learning objectives and clicked Continue. I've refreshed the page and tried another browser with the same result. Could you please update the task status so the course shows as fully completed? Screenshot attached.

Because he has successfully finished all subsequent media modules and the final graduation criteria, his actual course completion is simply being throttled by a cached visual state on the landing page wrapper.

Since PLC does not allow users to manually override tracking metadata, abdul should log a brief case with the salesforce partner support team via the partner community portal under the "training/certification" category.

is anyone currently studying for this certification?

Builder Central (Beta) shows "Failed to fetch" on the welcome screen in my Agentforce Developer Edition org.

Console: CORS preflight to

https://api.salesforce.com/platform/dx-workspaces-proxy/v1/api/workspaces-proxy/<workspaceId>/project-service/v1/projects

is blocked. The OPTIONS response is HTTP 204 with no Access-Control-Allow-Origin header.

Reproducible with curl from outside the browser for any Origin, so it is not a client-side issue.

"Connect an org" logs in successfully but never returns to the app.

Org: nexustrade-portal-dev-ed, Home Org ID 00DgK00000WFVD2. Workspace ID: b6f6c7b9-dd87-4ca5-99e9-0d74efb79d36.

Builder Central (Beta) shows

I have followed the steps -

  1. enable data cloud - https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=data.c360_a_setup_provision.htm&type=5
  2. enable einstein AI from einstein setup - https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ai.generative_ai_enable.htm&type=5
  3. enable agentforce -
  4. enable builder central
  5. assign permission set - Access Builder Central
  6. launch the builder central(beta) from setup

    Hi @pankaj singh

This is a server-side problem, and nothing in your org's Setup is likely to fix it. A preflight that returns 204 with no Access-Control-Allow-Origin header from

api.salesforce.com is the gateway side. Setup's CORS allowlist and CSP Trusted Sites only govern requests to your org, not to Salesforce's own API gateway. The "Connect an org" login that never returns is probably the same backend failing.

What I could confirm from the docs

    • Builder Central is in beta and needs the "Access Builder Central" permission set plus the Builder Central Beta feature enabled. You've done both. salesforce
    • Developer Edition is supported only with Foundations or Agentforce 1 editions. salesforce
    • The release notes say availability started in September 2026. The beta is only weeks old, so a rollout gap for some org types is plausible. salesforce

    What I'm inferring (not verified)

    • A similar pattern appears in a recent CLI issue: an Agentforce Developer Edition org on an orgfarm instance got an empty 404 from an api.salesforce.com authoring endpoint. That is a different endpoint, but it suggests some api.salesforce.com services aren't reliably routed for these DE orgs. github
    • The most likely cause is that the dx-workspaces-proxy service isn't provisioned or routed for your org or instance yet. Only Salesforce can fix that.

Quick checks to rule out your side (about 10 minutes)

    1. Setup → Company Information: confirm the edition really shows Developer Edition with Foundations or Agentforce 1.
    2. Data 360 Setup Home: confirm provisioning shows fully complete, not "in progress". Provisioning can lag after you enable it.
    3. Confirm the permission set is assigned to the exact user you're logged in as.
    4. Log out and back in, and use a fresh incognito window with extensions off. The curl repro makes this unlikely to help, but it's cheap.
    5. Also try opening Builder Central from the App Launcher rather than from Setup.

If those pass, escalate with the details you already have

    • Send the endpoint, the 204 with no ACAO header, the Org ID 00DgK00000WFVD2, the Workspace ID, the timestamp, and any x-request-id header from the response.
    • Use the in-app "Give feedback" link and your Trailblazer Community post. Developer Edition orgs generally have no support case entitlement, so the community post is probably your best channel.
    • Ask specifically whether the workspaces proxy is enabled for your org's instance and region, and whether DE orgs created via the Agentforce signup form are in the beta cohort.

Don't build a workaround around the blocked endpoint, such as a CORS proxy or browser flags. Even if the welcome screen loaded, project creation would still depend on that same backend.

I hope you find the above information helpful. If it does, please mark it as Best Answer to help others too.

When I try to link a namespace org to our dev hub org, I get a popup with the following text rather than a login modal:

"error=invalid_request&error_description=missing%20required%20code%20challenge"

This is apparently a known bug, but I am also experiencing a bug which is preventing me from opening a support case.  Whenever I click the button to open a support case, it redirects me to the main help page.

Please, someone help!!

Our Org has a single Agentforce for Sales license. I have checking the digital wallet today and under License Utilization, it says I still have 1 permission set license to assign as the Unmetered User. What am i missing?

    Hi @Scott Holmes

The Unmetered User Based AI permission set license is separate from your Salesforce Sales license. If Digital Wallet shows 1 available license, you should be able to assign that PSL to a user and then assign/create the corresponding permission set.

Go to Setup → Users → select the user → Permission Set License Assignments and check for Unmetered User Based AI. Then assign the Unmetered User Based AI permission set as well. Both are required for unmetered Agentforce usage.

If the PSL doesn't appear under the user's available licenses, verify that the required Agentforce add-on/edition is actually provisioned for the org.
