Good afternoon everyone, how are you doing?

I'd like some help with a Marketing Cloud Next configuration issue. When we started the initial setup process, we encountered the following error under Basic Settings. 

We can't move forward to the rest of the configurations because it says we haven't enabled Marketing Cloud, but as you can see, everything is already enabled. It's been over an hour since we did this and still nothing. Does anyone know what might be causing this? 

One quick note: we initially enabled Data Cloud and then moved on to the Basic Settings to continue the process, and that's where we hit this roadblock.

Hi Trailblazer Community,

I am trying to complete the badge "This Badge Requires a New Custom Predictive Models in Model Builder Playground", but I'm unable to proceed because the playground creation is failing.

I am receiving the following errors:

And when I click Create Playground, I get:

What I have already tried:

• Refreshed the page
• Logged out and logged back in
• Tried a different browser
• Cleared browser cache
• Waited and retried

Unfortunately, the issue still persists.

Has anyone else experienced this problem recently? Is there any workaround, or is this a known issue that requires a fix from the Trailhead team?

Any help would be appreciated.

I’m working on the Trailhead project “Enhance Agentforce to Act on Data with Conversational Language.” 

I’m trying to open the Create Check-in Guest Event Flow from Setup → Flows, but Flow Builder shows this error: 

The Flow is available and shows 

Draft – Version 1

. I’ve also tried refreshing and reopening it, but the issue persists. 

Has anyone faced this issue or knows how to resolve it without recreating the Flow?

Hi everyone,

I am looking to dive deep into Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), but I am facing a real challenge as a beginner.

While platforms like Trailhead are great for definitions and theoretical concepts, they often lack the depth needed for true hands-on learning, self-paced onboarding, and job readiness.

Here is the current reality for anyone trying to learn Data Cloud independently:

• Scattered Resources: High-quality learning material is completely scattered across the internet. It feels impossible to find a structured path.
• Lack of Beginner Tutorials: If you search YouTube or Google, you will find endless tutorials for Sales Cloud or Service Cloud. However, Data Cloud resources are extremely limited.
• Only Short Glimpses: The existing free videos only show short clips of mapping, identity resolution, or segmentation. There is almost nothing that teaches Data Cloud from "A to Z" or scratch for someone with zero prior experience.
• No Hands-on Orgs: Getting a proper sandbox or practice environment to learn on our own from home is a massive hurdle.

I want to learn this entirely on my own, at home, without paying hefty coaching fees.

My questions to the amazing leaders and experts in this community:

1. Is it truly possible for a beginner to master Data Cloud from scratch through self-study?
2. Apart from Trailhead, what structured resources, documentation, or hidden guides can we follow?
3. How can a beginner get practical, hands-on experience and become job-ready on their own?
