Agentforce Vibes

This is a group for anyone interested in the Agentforce Vibes Visual Studio Code extension and IDE. Here, you can ask questions, share feedback, and learn more about the new agentic developer experience specifically designed to super-charge developer productivity! Note: Agentforce Vibes is not the same as Agentforce.

We recently implemented Agentforce for our Sales Reps, and it's been interesting to see how it simplifies product-related queries and reduces a lot of their manual work. Since much of my client's business is centered around partner users, I'm also looking forward to exploring multiple specialized agents solutions that can automate many repetitive process, assist with support requests, and provide an even better experience for our partners.

    Hey Susmitha,

That's a great use case to expand into — partner-facing multi-agent setups tend to have a few extra wrinkles compared to internal Sales Rep agents, so worth flagging a few things as you plan this out:

    1. Guest/Partner user context matters a lot more here

If any of these agents will be exposed to Partner Community users (not just internal reps), you'll want to plan agent actions and data retrieval carefully around sharing rules and object permissions for that user type from the start — agent actions run in the context of the invoking user, so an agent that works fine for internal Sales Reps can silently fail or return incomplete data for Partner users if the underlying Apex/Flow actions weren't built with that access model in mind.

    2. Multiple specialized agents = plan the routing early

If you're going with several purpose-built agents (support requests, order status, training, etc.) rather than one broad agent, decide early whether you're using a single Agentforce Service Agent with topic-based routing internally, or genuinely separate agents surfaced differently. Retrofitting routing logic after building each agent independently tends to create overlap and confusing hand-offs for partners.

    3. Repetitive process automation is where partner agents shine most

Things like order status lookups, case creation/updates, and basic troubleshooting FAQs tend to be the highest-ROI first agents for partner users specifically, since those are high-volume, low-judgment interactions — a good place to start before tackling more nuanced support scenarios.

What's the first specialized agent you're planning to build for the partner side — support case handling, or something more like order/product self-service?

(Trailhead Legend) Sharing one way agents are impacting your business

More and more requests come in every week on how agentforce is being utilized along side Revenue Management.  Agents are being utilized in new and creative ways every day, and the more use cases we hear from customers on the challenges they are running up against gives us potential ideas one where agents can fit within the business.  One big observation is that I am often having conversations about how agentforce can help companies do more and do things they can't do today.  Rarely if at all do I find myself discussing how agents can help companies do what they are already doing.

One of the biggest impacts I see with Agentforce is how it helps teams get the right information at the right time without constantly switching between tools or depending on manual follow-ups.

Agents can assist employees by quickly finding relevant information, guiding them through repetitive processes, and helping them take action directly within their workflow.

For businesses working with multiple teams and partner users, this can make a huge difference—reducing response time, improving consistency, and allowing people to focus more on meaningful work instead of repetitive tasks.

What excites me most is the potential to build specialized agents for different business needs, making AI a practical part of everyday workflows rather than just another tool.

Excited to keep exploring what’s possible with Agentforce!

Automation Ideas. Has anyone started using the sf-skills Skills Library?

What are some tedious development processes you're working on?

I've been using AI agents through Telponic AI, and it's made a big difference in how I work. It handles a large share of customer queries automatically. AI agent interprets medical reports, analyzes vehicle images, and extracts structured data from unstructured inputs. Tasks that used to take hours are now done in minutes with fewer errors, which means I can spend more time on work that actually needs human judgment. This is the kind of practical impact AI agents can have, and I'm looking forward to exploring even more use cases.

One way AI agents impact our business is by providing 24/7 customer support. They can instantly answer common questions, resolve routine issues, and handle repetitive tasks, allowing human teams to focus on more complex problems. This improves customer satisfaction while increasing productivity and reducing operational costs.

One way that agents are impacting our business: Agents are helping our teams streamline repetitive work, allowing them to focus on higher-value activities.

    Hi @Vinayesh Koripalli

Could you please update the service extension to the latest version (67.5.0) and check if the issue still persists?

    Hope this helps. Thanks!

We're currently exploring AI agents through a few Proof of Concepts (POCs) and have already started seeing their potential. One area where they're making an impact is by automating repetitive business processes and providing contextual assistance, which helps reduce manual effort and speeds up decision-making.

As we continue experimenting with Agentforce, we're learning how AI agents can improve productivity, enhance customer experiences, and empower teams to focus on more strategic work. Looking forward to expanding these POCs into real-world business solutions and learning from the community's experiences as well!
