My feedback on Setup with Agentforce quest 

Completed the Setup with Agentforce Quest on Salesforce Trailhead! 🚀  

I really enjoyed the hands-on learning experience and the opportunity to explore how Agentforce can help organizations build smarter, more capable AI-powered experiences. 

The quest was a great way to strengthen my understanding through practical, step-by-step learning rather than just theory. It was especially valuable to see how the different pieces come together to set up and work with Agentforce.  

Thank you, Salesforce Trailhead, for creating such an engaging learning experience! 🙌 Looking forward to applying these new skills and continuing my Agentforce journey.

What stood out to me most is how strongly the experience is built around admin feedback and real-world needs. As AI continues to become a bigger part of Salesforce, making setup more intuitive and accessible for admins is incredibly important.

The focus on simplifying the setup experience can help admins spend less time navigating complexity and more time focusing on building useful, trusted AI experiences for their organizations.

Hey #AwesomeAdmins - Setup with Agentforce is GA!   

On April 15 at True to the Core,

asked a simple but important question about Setup with Agentforce. 

Yesterday, May 26, just 41 days later, we announced General Availability and provided an answer to his question - we will not consume Agentforce Credits. 🚀 

That timeline matters because it reflects something I’m incredibly proud of: we’re listening. 

Huge thank you to everyone who shared feedback, asked hard questions, and helped shape the product along the way. The community input genuinely influenced the direction of what we built.

 I’ve just completed the #SetupWithAgentforce Trailhead and can’t wait to get Agentforce active in my org. I’m looking forward to using Setup with Agentforce to quickly navigate Salesforce configuration, troubleshoot setup questions, and get answers as I work through admin challenges. 

Setup with Agentforce 

Just wrapped up the Setup with Agentforce Quest and honestly, it's changed how I think about doing admin work in Salesforce. 

What stood out most was how it handles permission and access troubleshooting — instead of manually digging through profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules to figure out why a user can't see something, I just asked and got a clear answer. That alone saves a ton of time. 

I also liked that it doesn't just make changes on its own — it shows a preview first and waits for confirmation, so I always know exactly what's about to happen before it happens.  

 Would recommend every admin try this Quest — it genuinely makes day-to-day Setup work easier.

I've been using Setup with Agentforce to speed up everyday admin work — creating custom objects and fields, building flows, and setting up permission sets and sharing rules just by describing what I need in plain language instead of clicking through multiple Setup pages. It's also been great for quick troubleshooting, like figuring out why a user couldn't edit records and fixing the missing permission on the spot, plus cloning users and checking org health/license usage without digging through separate reports.

One thing I'd love clarity on: how the agent decides when to just proceed versus asking for confirmation, and whether more complex configurations (like validation rules or deeper automation) are on the roadmap

is a fantastic module to learn! It completely changes how we approach routine admin work. Tasks like creating a user—which used to take multiple clicks across Setup menus—can now be done effortlessly using plain language and foundational admin knowledge. It's a great hands-on quest that really demonstrates the power of smart, practical automation!
