I completed the "Prepare for Your Administrator Certification Exam (CRT101)" course on August 10–11, 2026, and I still haven't received my certification voucher via email. What should I do? 

Hello Salesforce Certification Support Team,  I successfully passed the Salesforce Platform Developer certification exam on 13th aug. However, it has been one week since I passed the exam, and I have not yet received my certification certificate. I have checked my email inbox and spam/junk folders, but I am unable to find the certificate email.

Could you please check my certification status and help me with the certificate/PDF download? 

I am currently prepping for my first Salesforce Certified Administrator exam. Given the recent platform change, like the addition of Agentforce concepts to the core Admin syllabus, I want to leverage AI as a highly specialized tutor. 

For those who have recently passed or teach the material, what are your best practices for using AI (like ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Gemini) to study efficiently?

Specifically, I am looking for:

• The Best Prompts: How do you prompt an AI to create realistic Salesforce scenario-based practice questions without generating "hallucinated" features?
• Topic Breakdown: What is the best way to feed the official Exam Guide into an AI to build a customized daily study schedule?
• Explaining Complex Concepts: How do you ask AI to break down difficult relational topics (like Junction Objects vs. Master-Detail) using universal analogies?

I want to make sure I am studying "smarter and not harder". What worked best for you? Thx

I recently completed the Salesforce Developer with Agentblazer Champion program with SmartBridge. I received an email mentioning that my completion certificate is available on the Skill Wallet platform. However, I was unable to log in with my SmartBridge-registered email ID (hehar.sabrina01@gmail.com), so I mistakenly created a new Skill Wallet account. Unfortunately, my certificate is not visible in this new account.

I'm happy to share that I recently passed the Microsoft AB-620 exam! It was a good learning experience and covered both practical knowledge and real-world scenarios. I found that taking the time to understand the concepts made the exam much easier than trying to memorise everything.

For my preparation, I used the official Microsoft learning resources and spent time practising regularly. Before the exam, I also reviewed practice questions from a few different sources, including [CertsTopic], to check my knowledge and identify the topics I needed to study more. That extra practice really helped me feel more confident on exam day.

If you're preparing for the AB-620 exam, stay consistent, practise as much as you can, and focus on understanding the concepts. Best of luck to everyone taking the exam! 

I have been debarred from appearing for the online proctored examination since long time. There is no online center near my location . Kindly let me know the process for reinstatement, if applicable.
