✅ Controlling Claude with Hooks and the Hookify Plugin (deny lists, /update-config, custom natural-language rules) 

✅ Testing what Claude builds with the Playwright CLI in a real Salesforce org 

One moment that stuck: Bill prompted Claude with just "open my default Salesforce org and test the Detailed Notes component" — and Playwright did it. Navigated the org, ran the full UI test. No scripted clicks.
